WLCR is available through certain Mobile Apps including the popular "Tune in" app.

To get WLCR on the Tune-In App:
Open your App Store and search for "Tunein".
Select the app and download it.  It's free.
Open the Tune-In app and select search to search for "WLCR".
Click on the "+" sign to add it as a favorite station.
